What is HuntQuarters?
HuntQuarters is a premium hunting application and strategy service focused on helping you make the most of your points and hunt more often. Our consultants are experienced western hunters who hunt multiple states and know the application processes, unit potentials and much more. We only service states that our consultants are very familiar with; including our home state of Wyoming, Idaho, Utah, and Colorado. 

What makes you different from other services?
Our memberships are limited so we can personally provide the best information, advice, and strategies to our members — so you get better insights and more direct support.

How long does my membership last?
Your membership lasts one full year from the date of purchase.


Application Services

Which states do you cover for applications?
Currently: Only Wyoming

How does the full-service application process work?
Once purchased, we’ll send you an onboarding form and schedule a call to build your strategy. After approval, we handle all application submissions for the selected state(s).

Can I apply for multiple species in one state?
Yes — your full-service application covers all applicable species within that state.


Strategy Calls

What happens on a strategy call?
We will review your goals, plans, and questions regarding western hunting. We can help with tactics, general state information, application questions, point and draw odds and other questions, and much more. Our goal is to help you make the best decisions this year — whether that’s burning points now, looking for OTC opportuntities, finding a guided hunt, or building toward a long-term tag.

How do I schedule a call?
You can email us, or fill out the strategy call form to schedule a time to call. 


Access & Support

How do I access the member podcast and content?
The podcast and more content is coming soon. We're working overtime to create and release content to you as soon as possible. Once you become a member, you’ll be able to login to your dashboard where you can access member-only content.
